Privacy

We collect only what we need to make your song.

What we collect

• Your email.
• The name and details you type.
• Photos, if you add them for a video.
• A shipping address, only for framed prints.

Our payment provider handles your card. We never see the card number.

What we use it for

Making your song and sending it to you. We may share songs in our videos. Email hello@sungabout.com to keep yours private.

Who helps us

Google makes the music. Anthropic helps write the lyrics. Our payment provider, email sender and print shop do their parts. They get only what their part needs. Their business terms say they do not use it to train their AI.

How long we keep it

• Your story and photos: deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Your song and lyrics page: kept so your link keeps working, until you ask us to delete them.
• Order records: kept as the law requires for taxes.

Your choices

Email hello@sungabout.com to see or delete your data sooner.
